Our service includes free budget quotation and advice and full structural design by Bentley SIP Systems following your order. All Kingspan panels are manufactured off-site and delivered in flat form. Installation of walls, floors, partitions, roof structure, breather membrane wrap is undertaken by our approved installers to make sure the Bentley quality is seen from start to finish.
Contact our expert team for advice and a quotation. You will need dimensioned plans and elevations of your project from your architect (planning drawings are detailed enough). Our team will review the design to check if SIPs are suitable for you and if any adjustments can be made to improve cost-effectiveness.
All aspects of the design and manufacture of the structure are managed by Bentley SIP Systems management team along with our structural engineers and designers who specialise in all types of timber design. Upon receipt of the order, our design team will be instructed to proceed.
Upon receipt of the approved fabrication drawings at Kingspan’s factory, panels are precision cut to our engineer’s CAD drawings and numbered, ready for delivery to site.
Prior to starting on-site, our project manager will visit the site to discuss the work, coordinate deliveries and ensure everything is in place ready for installation.
Upon completion of the SIP structure, our project managers will check and sign-off the installation and obtain warranty documentation from Kingspan. Kingspan offers a 20-year manufacturing warranty for domestic use and 10 years for commercial.
